Contechs are a longstanding international track 200 company that have been accredited by UKAS Management Systems for both its Quality and Environmental Management. Most recently Contechs Medical became members of Medilink the medical representative body bringing together NHS, Academia and Industry.

DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
Contechs Medical are able to provide a combined fast track end-to-end service from design, engineering, validation and testing (to UK CE approval).
With years of experience in design, engineering and lean manufacturing, the company continuously strives to improve and adapt to deliver new and innovative production methods. This enables Contechs Medical to be at the forefront of technology, systems and processes.

MATERIAL & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

The Contechs Medical quality management systems in place are used throughout the entire process, regardless of whether manufacturing occurs in-house or with one of Contechs' trusted partners.
The Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) process ensures that all partners are continuously monitored for their quality procedures and due diligence. Contechs manage this through a validation questionnaire, onsite presence and understanding of quality control systems throughout.
Contechs Medical has established relationships with recognised UK test houses. Contechs provides work packages for products to be fast tracked for certification.
Comprehensive test programmes are generated to deliver the prescribed attributes for materials and processes. These are managed by Contechs Medical Quality Engineers to achieve full UK compliance.
Contechs Medical will fully manage all logistics from source to destination with a constant focus on sustainability, generating complex lead time analysis reports.
Route and lead times are tested to confirm value for money and the scheduling procedures are at optimum levels. Contechs Medical also offer an onsite replenishment service so stock management is seamless, complimented by a client dashboard that gives continuous feedback and support.
